Biography:
Josh Charles was born on September 15, 1971 in Baltimore, Maryland, U.S.. He made his film debut in 1988’s Hairspray. The following year, he played Knox in Dead Poets Society. He went on to portray Andrew Goodman in the TV film Murder in Mississippi. In the 1990s, he appeared in the movies Don’t Tell Mom the Babysitter’s Dead, Crossing the Bridge, Threesome, Coldblooded, and The Grave, among others.
He then began his television career in 1998 after he started playing Dan Rydell in Sports Night, a role he played until 2000. In the 2000s, he appeared as a supporting cast in some well-known films, including S.W.A.T., The Ex, and After.Life. In 2014, he starred as Phil in Adult Beginners and Gary Newman in Bird People. He went on to achieve further prominence for playing Will Gardner on the TV series The Good Wife.
