Biography:

Aanchal Kumar was born on October 24, 1979 in Chandigarh, Haryana and Punjab, India. She began her career as a model when she won the Gladrags Mega Model Contest in 1999.

Following her victory, she was featured in several ads for such companies as Rexona, Sunsilk, and Bombay Dyeing. She has also appeared in music videos for Jagjit Singh’s “Aaina” and Hans Raj Hans’s “Mukhra Tumahra”.

She went on to venture in film, appearing in the Bollywood features Fashion and Bluffmaster!. She then gained wider fame on television when she joined in the fourth season of the reality television show Bigg Boss, though she was evicted on its sixth week.
