Biography:

Aaron Taylor-Johnson was born on June 13, 1990 in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, England. He started his acting at the age of six when he performed as the son of Macduff in Macbeth.

In 2002, he made his film debut with Tom & Thomas. He has since starred in other movies including The Apocalypse, Behind Closed Doors, Shanghai Knights, Dead Cool, The Illusionist, and Nowhere Boy where he portrayed John Lennon.

His breakthrough came in 2010 when he portrayed Dave Lizewski in Kick-Ass, for which he received a BAFTA Rising Star Award nomination, as well as an Empire Award nomination for Best Actor.
