Aarti Chabria‘s first ever role was in the 2000 Telugu film Madhura Kshanam. The following year, she made her Bollywood debut in Lajja. This led to more roles in Hindi cinema, such as in Awara Paagal Deewana, Tumse Achcha Kaun Hai, and Raja Bhaiya. She next starred in the Telugu films Okariki Okaru and Intlo Srimathi Veedhilo Kumari, as well as made a special appearance in the Hindi film Ab Tumhare Hawale Watan Saathiyo.
In 2005, she ventured into Kannada cinema with Aham Premasmi. She spent the rest of the decade working in Hindi and Kannada feature films. Chabria had notable performances in such films as Teesri Aankh: The Hidden Camera, Shootout At Lokhandwala, and Daddy Cool, among others. In the 2010s, she starred in the Bollywood films Milenge Milenge and Dus Tola. On TV, the actress has appeared in the reality series Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi, winning the fourth season. She also participated in the sixth season of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.
Not only does Aarti Chabria eats clean to stay healthy, she also exercises regularly. She works out every other day combining cardio, weights, and stretches. “I work out every alternate day, I do an upper and lower body workout on alternate training days. I make sure I do cardio for at least 20 mins — either treadmill or skipping at a good speed,” said the actress.
“Weights help me in strength training, squats and lunges for legs, crunches on the ball and leg raises for abs. Most important is my stretching that I do at the end of my workout which helps me improve my flexibility.” She follows a regular workout routine because according to her, this allows her to eat as much as she wants.
