The actress maintains her health and fitness by sticking to a nutritious diet plan and an active lifestyle. She understands that she needs balance in order to stay fit and healthy. She makes sure that aside from eating healthy, she also moves a lot through her exercises. Plus, working out on a regular basis helps her a great deal. It aids in her efforts to stay in shape, increase her strength, boost her energy, and even improve her mood. For this reason, she values her workout routine as one of the keys to maintaining a great life. In an interview, she became candid about her fitness regimen.
She said: “I exercise daily. I dance or do mallakhambh or run or walk or do yoga. Anything, if not something! If I’m shooting at a beach or am put up in a hotel by the beach, I prefer going there and working out after my shoot instead of in the gym. I don’t have any particular schedule. I have to enjoy working out and if it becomes a task then it takes the fun away, at least for me. I don’t use too much of external weights, I try to work out using my body weight, doing hand stands etc.”
