Biography:

Adam Brody was born on December 15, 1979 in San Diego, California. He attended community college before dropping out after a year to move to Hollywood in the hopes of becoming an actor. He later hired an acting coach and signed with a manager.

He made his television debut as Greg Brady in the television series The Amanda Show in 1999. The following year, he landed the role of Barry Williams in the television movie Growing Up Brady.

In 2003, he made his breakthrough as Seth Cohen in the hit series The O.C., which he played until 2007. For his performance, he won the Choice TV Actor: Drama award at the 2005 Teen Choice Awards.
