Biography:
Adam Garcia was born on 1 June 1973 in Wahroonga, Sydney, Australia. He dropped out of college in order to perform in a musical first in his native Australia, then in England. Initially, he debuted in the 1997 British film Wilde. In the 2000s, he built a career in Hollywood, first gaining success for co-starring in the film Coyote Ugly. He subsequently starred in the films Riding in Cars with Boys, Bootmen, and The First $20 Million Is Always the Hardest.
He later played the titular voice character in the movie Kangaroo Jack. He next had roles in Love’s Brother, Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen, Fascination, and Standing Still. In the 2010s, he became more active on reality television, first appearing as a judge on Got to Dance. He also appeared as a judge on Dancing with the Stars from 2013 to 2014. He now appears on the Australian show Dance Boss.
