Biography:

Aditya Roy Kapur was born on November 16, 1985. He studied at G. D. Somani Memorial School and later attended St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai where he graduated with a degree.

He began his career as a VJ on music channel Channel V. He then made his acting debut in the 2009 musical London Dreams. The following year, he was cast as Bunty in the film Action Replayy.

In 2011, he played the role of Omar Siddiqui in Guzaarish. Two years after, he earned his first Filmfare Award nomination for Best Supporting Actor for his performance in the movie Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani.
