Alex Carter is a Canadian actor. His acting career began in the 1980s, initially appearing in 1-2 episodes of various television shows. In the ’90s, he later landed recurring roles in such TV shows as Side Effects, Due South, and Traders. He then got his first starring role on the small screen, playing as Paul Isler in Black Harbour. After this, he appeared as Michael Rushton / Damacles in several episodes of The Industry, as well as played David Bishop in These Arms of Mine.
