Biography:
Alex Russell was born on December 11, 1987 in Australia. He attended the National Institute of Dramatic Art to pursue his interesting in acting. In 2010, he made his film debut in Wasted on the Young, followed by short films and an independent film. He then became known in Hollywood after playing a supporting role in the movie Chronicle, followed by Bait 3D.
He continued landing supporting roles in well-known films, such as The Host and Carrie, the latter of which he played Billy Nolan, a role that John Travolta played in the original. Later, he acted in the features Believe Me, Cut Snake, Unbroken, and most recently, Goldstone.
