Biography:
Alfred Enoch was born on 2 December 1988 in Westminster, London, England. He studied at Westminster School. He later attended Queen’s College, Oxford where he graduated with a degree in Portuguese and Spanish. He made his acting debut as Dean Thomas in 2001’s Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone. Overall, he’s played the role in 7 of the 8 Harry Potter films.
In the 2010s, he started his television career. He appeared on the British shows Broadchurch, Mount Pleasant, and Sherlock. From 2014 to 2017, he played Wes Gibbins on the American series How to Get Away with Murder. The success of the show earned him mainstream prominence. He was recently cast for the role of Aeneas on the upcoming miniseries Troy: Fall of a City.
