Alison Lohman is an American actress who became known for her starring roles in a couple of films, firstly in The Million Dollar Kid. She then played the lead role in the movie adaptation of the best-selling novel White Oleander, earning her further prominence as an actress. She went on to star in the films Big Fish, Matchstick Men, and later on in Flicka, Beowulf, and Things We Lost in the Fire. Though she became less known around this period, she returned to mainstream radar when she starred in the horror feature Drag Me to Hell. She had a long hiatus since then and only returned in 2015 with a role in The Vatican Tapes. She will also appear in the upcoming film Urge.
