Hollywood star Allison Williams is now a television staple. This is thanks to her role on the HBO hit series Girls. She played Marnie Michaels on the said show. Prior to this, she had appeared on American Dreams back in 2004. Her next role only came in 2011, playing Kate Middleton on Funny or Die’s Will & Kate: Before Happily Ever After. She next guest starred on the television shows The League and Jake and Amir. It was after this that she joined the main cast of Girls and has since earned mainstream fame. The show recently ended this year. Also, she made her cinematic debut as Rose Armitage in the movie Get Out, which was acclaimed by critics and audiences alike.
The former Girls star tries to be cautious of her health. Though eating the right foods can be a challenge for her, she tries to make this up by working out. She understands the importance of physical activity on a regular basis. With Girls, she would manage to find the time to exercise despite her busy schedule. She also feels that exercising makes her feel stronger. Thus, she’s not only workout out to maintain her slim body, she’s also doing so to strengthen herself physically. She also knows that working out can improve one’s mood.
In an interview, she said: “I do two different things. For cardio I do SoulCycle. I really don’t like to run, plus I have terrible knees and get bored on the elliptical. SoulCycle is basically a dance party on a bicycle, and you burn calories and it’s so fun. Then I also do Core Fusion at Exhale Spa locations. It mixes together Pilates and barre method. It’s really hard and kicks my butt, so those two together work perfectly. On a good week, I’d like to do two of each, but on a realistic week, it’s one or two.”
