Hollywood star Amanda Righetti started her career in the ’90s. During her initial years, she appeared in two low-budget films. In an interview, she said: “I became very aware of having to eat healthy and exercise and stay in shape at a young age.” She also revealed her love of eating, “I’m a foodie. I love to eat. I love to cook.”
For breakfast, she said she usually has three egg whites with two pieces of turkey bacon and an orange. She also likes eating celery or carrot stick for her mid-morning snacks. For lunch, she opts a light salad. This is followed by an apple with peanut butter. For dinner, she makes sure she mostly has proteins. She said: “No starch carbs at dinner. It is portion control too; everything in moderation.” She’s also aware of the pressures Hollywood places among actors and actresses to look slender. In the end, it’s all about balance. She stated: “I think that you have to find a fine balance between being good to yourself, but also being hard on yourself and disciplined.”
