Hollywood celebrity Amanda Schull had her career beginnings in the 2000s. Being a professional ballet dancer, she was cast for a main role in the movie Center Stage. During the same period, she also joined the main cast of the YTV series My Family and Me. Afterwards, she made guest roles on such TV shows as Cold Case, Ghost Whisperer and Lie to Me. She next starred on the Lifetime TV movie Sorority Wars. Her first significant role on TV was as Sara Evans on One Tree Hill. In the 2010s, she played Meredith Sorenson on Pretty Little Liars. Since 2013, she’s been playing the recurring part of Katrina Bennett on Suits. In addition, she’s been starring as Dr. Cassandra Railly on 12 Monkeys since 2015.

Surprisingly, the television actress is already nearing her 40s. Looking at her, it clearly does not show. Amanda credits her healthy lifestyle with her slender figure and youthful glow. Being a ballet dancer, it is normal for her to be physically active and practice proper nutrition most of the time. Though she reveals herself to be a food lover, she knows how to make it work by making sure she’s eating the balanced way. Still, she admits how eating healthy is such a challenge for her.

She said: “Healthy eating is definitely a challenge when I’m not in control of all of my meals. I usually make myself a green smoothie in the morning to take to work, and then practice as much self-restraint as possible when craft services brings naughty snacks around.” When asked about her go-to snacks and healthy meal choices, she answered: ” I often ask for cut vegetables and if I feel like I need some protein, I request a few slices of cheese. For a little sweet snack that isn’t super caloric, I get a sliced apple with almond butter.”
