Film and television star Amber Heard‘s career only started in 2000s. Initially she had guest appearances on the small screen. She eventually landed her first regular role on Hidden Palms. The show, however, was short-lived. Some time in the mid 2000s, she got her break for playing the lead in the independent film All the Boys Love Mandy Lane. Further notice came thanks to her roles in the films Never Back Down and Pineapple Express, among others. She then starred in the films And Soon the Darkness and The Ward. She finally got her major break as Johnny Depp’s co-star in The Rum Diary. Subsequent work on the big screen are Machete Kills and Magic Mike XXL.
Standing at 5’8, the 30-year-old actress has a modelesque figure. With her pretty face, strong appeal and lean figure, it’s no wonder she has managed to penetrate Hollywood’s top stage. Aside from her helpful genes, Amber also stays slender by taking care of herself. Not only does she eat right, she also protects her body by working out. The reason for her doing so is not only for vanity, but for overall wellness, too. Interestingly, she doesn’t work out by going in the gym. That’s something that she avoids to do.
She doesn’t like the idea of exercising in an enclosed place. She’s also not fond of doing specific routines. That feels very unnatural and stiff for her. Exercising for her means to constantly move and have fun while doing so. In in interview, she said: “I’m pretty active. I’m just not into hitting the gym. I don’t like the idea of going into a place and having a set routine.” She added: “I do move, I do workout. I like to hike, I run, I ride horses. I just like to keep it fun and mix it up.”
