As a movie actress, America Ferrera first appeared in 2002’s Real Women Have Curves. That same year, she also made her television debut as the host of the program Independent Lens. She also starred in the 2016 film Special Correspondents, as well as reprised her role as Astrid in 2019’s How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World.
Thanks to her healthy diet plan and fierce workout routine, America Ferrera has since developed her body so it’s now toned and strong. Her go-to workout? Boxing.
