Andrea Gabriel was born on July 4, 1978 in Los Angeles, California. Her parents John and Sandy Gabriel are also actors. In 1986, she made her acting debut on the soap opera All My Children when she was little. She then pursued acting in the ’90s during her late teens. Her break came in the 2000s.

This was after landing the role of Nadia Jazeem on the television series Lost. During this period, she also made several guest appearances on the TV shows JAG, Criminal Minds, Just Legal, and House. In the 2010s, she had guest appearances on the TV shows The Whole Truth, Franklin & Bash, Gossip Girl, and 2 Broke Girls. She’s also appeared in the 2012’s The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 as Kebi.
