Andrew Howard is a Welsh actor. He had his career beginnings in the late 1990s. Initially, he had roles in the films The Cherry Orchard and Shades. In the 2000s, he had roles in the British movies Mr In-Between and Shooters. He later played Richard the Lionheart in the TV film The Lion in Winter. He next starred in the Aussie film One Perfect Day, then in the British feature The Devil’s Chair. On TV, he played Capt.
Clarence Hester in Band of Brothers, Tavian Khorza in Burn Notice, “Bad” Frank Phillips in Hatfields & McCoys, and Dmitri Greshnev in NCIS: Los Angeles.
