Angel Parker was born on October 17, 1980 in Los Angeles, California, USA. When she was 20, she made her Hollywood debut in an episode of the TV series Angel. She had a long hiatus afterward and only returned in the late 2000s. She first appeared as Gibbs in 2 episodes of ER. She later guest-starred on Hannah Montana. In 2012, she played Brenna in 3 episodes of The Soul Man.

Afterward, she became known for her recurring character as Tasha Davenport on Lab Rats/Bionic Island. At the same time, she made her film debut in Free Samples. Her next movie role was in 2017’s The Female Brain. She went on to play Shawn Chapman on American Crime Story, Heidi Baker on Trial & Error, Stella Parker on Rebel, and Alex Green on The Strain.
