Biography:

Anne Winters was born on June 3, 1994 in Dallas, Texas. She was supposed to study at the Southern Methodist University. However, she cancelled this plan and moved to Los Angeles instead to become an actress. She made her debut in the 2009 short film Gloria. She next appeared in the film A Christmas Snow, as well as in the unaired pilot Summer Camp.

In the beginning of the 2010s, she had roles in a couple of independent films. In 2013, she had a recurring role as Kelsey on The Fosters. The following year, she got the role of Emma Al-Fayeed on the TV series Tyrant. At the same time, she appeared in the movies Sand Castles and Fatal Instinct. She went on to join the main cast of the short-lived series Wicked City. She will star on the upcoming series Cruel Intentions, based on the 1999 film.
