The 44-year-old actress takes care of her overall health by eating healthily. Besides, at her age, it comes naturally for her body to crave for something nutritious. That’s why her current diet is mostly plant-based since she eats lots of fruits and veggies. She’s since cut down on red meat and gets her protein instead from fish or chicken or broccoli. When it comes to oatmeal or cereal, it has to be whole grains. Plus she satisfies her sweet tooth with dark chocolate and fruit shakes.
