Biography:

Annie Thurman was born on November 14, 1996 in Nashville, Tennessee. She began her acting career in the 2010s, first appearing in a short film. She then made her film debut in the independent movie Falls the Shadow. She had auditioned for the part of Clove in the 2012 film The Hunger Games, but was unsuccessful. She instead landed a minor part in the film as a female tribute for one district.

The following year, she gained recognition for playing the role of Shelly Jessop in the science fiction horror film Dark Skies. This was followed by appearing in the TV movie The Santa Switch. In 2015, she became part of the main cast, playing Sophie Barliss on the new TV series Proof.
