Biography:

Arden Myrin was born on December 10, 1973 in Little Compton, Rhode Island, U.S. She studied at Colorado College where she completed a degree in theater and studio arts. During her college years, she worked as an intern on NBC’s Late Night with Conan O’Brien. It was also during this period that she started to train in improvisational comedy. After college, she became a member of Improv Olympic where she started performing as a comedian.

In 1997, she made her cinematic debut in the film I Think I Do. She next had roles in the movies Deconstructing Harry, In & Out, The Impostors, and 30 Days. On television, she starred as Abby Cosgrove on the NBC sitcom Working, which aired from 1997-1999. In the 2000s, she became widely known for appearing as a regular cast member on the Fox show MADtv. In the 2010s, she appeared as Jocelyn in Suburgatory, Ashley Alexander in Fresh Off the Boat, and Dollface Delores in Shameless. She recently played Regina Sinclair in Netflix’s Insatiable.
