Biography:

Asher Book was born on September 18, 1988 in Arlington, Virginia, USA. He made his first professional acting job at the age of seven when joined the national tour of the Broadway production of Beauty and the Beast.

He followed this with a lead role in a production of Oliver!. He then made his film debut in the 2004 television movie Pop Rocks and the film Come Away Home.

In 2009, he gained wider recognition for his role as Marco in the remake of the 1980 musical movie Fame. He also appeared in such TV shows as Zoey 101, Medium, Close to Home and The Mentalist.
