Biography:
Ashley Zukerman was born on 30 December 1983 in Santa Monica, California, U.S.. Raised in Australia, he attended Monash University in his later life where he studied Science and Engineering. He then attended Victorian College of the Arts. After his graduation, he started his acting career in the theater. In 2004, he made his film debut as an extra in the film Tom White.
He then had his first starring role on TV, playing Michael Sandrelli in the Australian series Rush. In 2010, he starred as 2nd Lt Robert “Mac” MacKenzie in the HBO miniseries, The Pacific, which marked his Hollywood debut. He later played Lucas Taylor in Fox’s Terra Nova. Zukerman went on to land main roles in the short-lived shows Manhattan and The Code, as well as played recurring part Peter MacLeish in Designated Survivor. More recently, he played Nate Sofrelli in Succession and Matt Mitchell in A Teacher.
