Audrey Marie Anderson was born on March 7, 1975 in Fort Worth, Texas, United States. Prior to starting an acting career, she first worked as a model. Her first television appearance was in Beverly Hills, 90210 in 1994 where she played a small role in an episode. The following year, she landed a guest spot in Law & Order.

Her television career took an interesting turn in the 2000s when she began landing more substantial roles such as the part of Carla Aldrich in Once and Again, Claire Connor in Going to California, Angela in Providence and Isabelle Kramer in Point Pleasant. She then gained further recognition in 2006 for playing Kim Brown in The Unit. She played a notable role in The Walking Dead and now stars as Lyla Michaels in Arrow since 2013.
