Biography:

Austin Nichols was born on April 24, 1980 in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He moved to Los Angeles after high school to become an actor. He began acting professionally in the late 1990s with guest appearances in Odd Man Out and Sliders. In the early 2000s, he has appeared as a guest star in Six Feet Under and She Spies. In 2004, he gained recognition for his supporting roles in the movies The Day After Tomorrow and Wimbledon.

Further recognition came after playing the role of Roderick Usher in the 2006 film The House of Usher. Subsequently, he appeared in the movies The Informers, Fencewalker, Beautiful Boy, LOL, and Parkland. He is also widely known for his role as Julian Baker in One Tree Hill.
