Actress Billie Lourd only recently started a career in Hollywood. She made her debut as Lieutenant Kaydel Ko Connix in the 2015 movie Star Wars: The Force Awakens; where her mother, late actress Carrie Fisher also starred in. That same period, she also made her first television appearance, playing Chanel#3 in the Fox series Scream Queens.
She played the said role from 2015 to 2016. After this, she reprised her role as Kaydel Ko Connix in the sequel Star Wars: The Last Jedi. She also joined the regular cast of American Horror Story: Cult as Winter Anderson. This year, she starred in the film Billionaire Boys Club. It was also announced that she will return in American Horror Story’s eighth season to premiere this year. In 2019, she will star in the upcoming movie Booksmart.
Apart from following a healthy diet plan – or at least she tries to – the 26-year-old actress stays in shape by exercising. She doesn’t have an intense and a vigorous workout routine but she makes sure that she engages in some physical activities. Working out is also her way of balancing her being a foodie. She shared:
“Food is life! So to make sure I can eat the way I do (aggressively), I have to balance it out with at least a litttttle exercise. I love doing yoga and for any of you 80’s fans out there, I’m not ashamed to say I do 8-minute abs at least twice a week (don’t judge me, I love the weird music and the guy’s encouraging 80’s trainer voice). I also take my French bulldog Tina on a solid run around my neighborhood every morning that I can.” When it comes to her go-to workouts, she said: “Yoga, 8-minute abs, jogs with my dog, and don’t tell anyone, but SoulCycle is my guilty pleasure.”
