In 2001, actress Bonnie Wright starred as Ginny Weasley Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone. This marked her acting debut. She next appeared in the TV movie Stranded. She went on to reprise her role as Ginny in the sequels Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets and Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. Following this, she appeared in the TV movie Agatha Christie: A Life in Pictures. She continued to play her Ginny Weasley role in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire and Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.
Subsequent sequels include Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 1 and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2. The 27-year-old actress lives a balanced life by eating right and staying active. When it comes to her workouts, she mostly practices meditation. For her, mental exercise is as important as the physical one. And meditative exercises can also be beneficial not only mentally but physically, too. In an interview, she talked about her fitness habits and principles.
“I would say in the last two and a half years, I finally have a really great relationship with exercise, which is entirely because it’s the best stress reliever. That natural release of endorphins is so great. Right now, I’ve got quite a lot of stress and tiredness from this project I’m currently working on, so I don’t kill myself over trying to exercise. I’ve just been doing yoga three to four times a week,” she revealed.
