Brian Poth is an American actor. He began his acting career in the 1980s. He debuted in the television show Mr. Belvedere in 1986. He then worked as a dancer for Kids Incorporated from 1987 to 1989. In the 1990s and 2000s, he had guest appearances in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, La Femme Nikita, Judging Amy, Six Feet Under, and The X-Files, among others. From 2003 to 2005, he became known for his role as Tyler Jenson in CSI: Miami. In the 2010s, he became best known for playing the role of Matt in True Blood. He went on to guest-star in Bones, Aquarius, Criminal Minds, and Castle.
