It was in 1999 that actress Bridget Moynahan got her start in the show business. Her debut on television was as Natasha Naginsky in Sex and the City. She made her first film appearance with a minor role in Row Your Boat. In the 2000s, she made appearances in the films Coyote Ugly and Serendipity before landing the role of Dr. Cathy Muller in The Sum of All Fears.
Following this, she starred in the movies The Recruit, I, Robot, Lord of War, Gray Matters, Unknown, and Prey. She also joined the main cast of the short-lived series Six Degrees. In the 2010s, she starred in the movies Ramona and Beezus, Battle: Los Angeles, Midnight Sun, and John Wick and its sequel. She also started playing the role of Erin Reagan in the CBS series Blue Bloods.
To maintain her slender figure and overall health, the actress eats well and works out on a regular basis. Talking about her workout routine in an interview, she said: “I’m working out with a trainer in New York, and we’re concentrating on core work and leg strengthening, to build up strength in the lower back and get those legs nice and long and lean.”
She also said that she loves core workouts, but that she doesn’t have the time for it. When asked if she does Pilates, she answered: “No, I don’t. I wish I did. I had great Pilate’s teacher in LA. I did it after I had the baby to build up my core again and I loved it, but I just don’t have the time.” The actress also stays in shape by being active in general and by playing sports. “I grew up playing sports and I was on teams my whole life. There was never a moment that I wasn’t working out. I think it’s been instilled from my childhood,” she said.
