Hollywood star Busy Philipps got her career beginnings in the late ’90s on the small screen. During her earliest days as an actress, she got her first significant role as Kim Kelly on the TV series Freaks and Geeks. She next became known for playing Audrey Liddell on Dawson’s Creek. During the early 2000s, she had also appeared in the films The Smokers, Home Room, and White Chicks. She went on to star as Denise Johnson on the short-lived series Love, Inc.. She next played the role of Dr. Hope Bobeck on ER. She continued her prolific career on screen with her role as Laurie Keller on the TV series Cougar Town. After this, she joined the main cast of the comedy series Vice Principals as Gale Liptrapp.
The 38-year-old actress admitted recently that she’s more cautious of her health and fitness these days. But her motivation to work harder when it comes to her diet and fitness has nothing to do with her television projects. In an interview, she said: “Honestly, after the election I was feeling like I wanted to get physically stronger. That was my reaction. I didn’t want to eat junk anymore or be passive in my workouts. I just felt like it was time for me to get serious about my health and wellness.”
How does she practice this? It has been reported that aside from drinking Bulletproof coffee in the morning daily, she works out diligently where she attends her sessions almost everyday. She said further: “I still SoulCycle and occasionally use a trainer, but for me there’s something really fun and special about jumping and dancing around for an hour with a bunch of women. We’ve all gotten to know each other and it really feels like a little tribe of dancing ladies who are there to support and have fun and get healthy together.”
