Biography:

Adam Richard Wiles, known for his stage name as Calvin Harris, was born on January 17, 1984 in Dumfries, Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland. His interest in music, particularly electronic music began when he was young that he started recording demos in his bedroom at age 15. By the time he was 17, he was much more devoted to pursuing a musical career.

Around this time, his passion and enthusiasm was clearly evident as he worked in supermarkets and at a fish factory to earn money so he could move to London to integrate himself with the music scene there. After his initial musical beginnings, his dream became a reality in 2007 following the release of his debut studio album I Created Disco, followed by Ready for the Weekend in 2009, 18 Months in 2012 and Motion in 2014, with the hit songs “Under Control”, “Summer” and “Blame”.
