Biography:

Carolyn Murphy was born on August 11, 1973 in Panama City, Florida, USA. Her career started when her mother enrolled her in a modeling school at the age of 16.

She has since appeared in such magazines as Harper’s Bazaar and Vogue, and in campaigns for Dolce Gabbana, Max Mara, and Calvin Klein.

In 1998, she was named VH1/Vogue’s “Model of the Year”, and was called one of the “Modern Muses” in the November 1999 Millennium cover of American Vogue.

She went on to make her film debut in the 1999 comedy-drama Liberty Heights.
