English celebrity Catherine Tyldesley debuted in an episode of Coronation Street in 2006. She next had one-time roles in Holby City and Sorted. From being a size 22, the actress and TV personality has since transformed herself into a size 10. As to how she succeeded, the actress said it was just a matter of eating the right kinds of food. “I think it’s about creating a lifestyle,” shared the actress. “If you want to sustain a healthy weight and feel good about yourself then you need to fuel your body with the right food.”
So, what was her diet plan like while she was in the process of losing weight? For breakfast, she usually would have an “omelet (3 eggs) with wilted spinach, tomatoes, and mushrooms”. For lunch, it’s “chicken and avocado salad with a side of grilled asparagus.” After her training, she would snack on “prawns or eat tuna with broccoli and four Brazil nuts.” Her snacks are usually fruits, like blueberries or an apple. For dinner, it’s “homemade steak burgers with aubergine fries.”
