Hollywood star Chadwick Boseman got his start in the early 2000s. He made his debut with a recurring role as Reggie Porter in the soap opera All My Children. At the same time, he made guest appearances in the television shows Third Watch, Law & Order, CSI: NY, ER, and Cold Case. He next starred as Nathaniel “Nate” Ray in the short-lived series Lincoln Heights. In 2008, he made his cinematic debut playing Floyd Little in the sports film The Express.
Following this, he starred as Sergeant McNair in the show Persons Unknown. He later portrayed Jackie Robinson in the movie 42. After this, he had roles in the films Draft Day, Get on Up, and Gods of Egypt. He gained mainstream recognition when he played T’Challa / Black Panther in the superhero film Captain America: Civil War. He next portrayed Thurgood Marshall in the film Marshall. This year, he reprised his role as T’Challa / Black Panther in his own film Black Panther, as well as in Avengers: Infinity War.
Apart from the intense physical training that got him his current physique for his role in Black Panther, Boseman also takes care of his body by eating clean. He chooses what he eats and he typically goes for something nutritious. In an interview, the actor even revealed that he’s also got into juicing. He said:
“Yeah, juicing. I have my own personal masticating juicer at home. I sort of picked it up from friends a few years ago, and it just gives me more energy. Mostly green juice. Spinach, celery, kale, green apples, lemon, sometimes ginger.” He’s even admitted to trying some cleanses as well. He believes undergoing such remedies is important for him to purge out everything that’s unhealthy for his body. As an actor, there are times when he eats and drinks unhealthy foods and drinks so cleansing is his way of flushing them out.
