Biography:

Charlene Amoia was born on September 25, 1982. Growing up in Buffalo, New York, she moved to Los Angeles when she was 15. In 2000, she made her film debut as an extra in Held for Ransom. The following year, she made her first television role in 5 episodes of Port Charles. She later played recurring character Wendy in the CBS sitcom How I Met Your Mother.

During this period, she acted in some low-budget films, as well as played a small role in the film Seven Pounds. She went on to play Anna Schick in the soap opera The Young and the Restless and Nurse Katie in Days of Our Lives. In the 2010s, the actress had performances in the films American Reunion, Authors Anonymous, Adrenaline, and Sniper: Special Ops. More recently, she played Maria Bertinelli in Birds of Prey.
