Biography:

Charlie Barnett was born on February 4, 1988 in Sarasota, Florida, United States. He graduated from Juilliard School’s drama program. He initially started his acting career in the 2006 film Circus Island. Four years later, he had his first TV role in an episode of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. Shortly after, he landed the role of Peter Mills on the NBC series Chicago Fire.

This marked his first starring role on television and immediately gained him recognition. Afterward, he starred as Patrick Warner on the ABC series Secrets and Lies. More recently, he had starring performances on the shows Valor and Tales of the City. He currently stars as Alan Zaveri on Netflix’s Russian Doll.
