Charlie Weber was born on September 20, 1978 in Jefferson City, Missouri, U.S. In the late 1990s, he pursued a modeling career in New York. Soon he got into acting, first appearing in the 2000 film The Broken Hearts Club: A Romantic Comedy. His next movie roles were mostly released straight to DVD. On television, he gained notice for his role as Ben Wilkinson in Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

He next played Jay in some episodes of Everwood. The rest of the 2000s, he guest-starred in several television shows. After recurring characters in Underemployed and 90210, Weber came to prominence thanks to his portrayal of Frank Delfino in ABC’s legal thriller How to Get Away with Murder. Just this year, he appeared in the film After We Collided.
