Biography:
Charlotte Le Bon was born on September 4, 1986 in Montreal, Canada. She began her career as a model when she was 16. By the time she was 19, she left Canada to work as a model in other parts of the world. In 2011, she settled in Paris. There, she gained recognition as the weather girl in the French nightly news and talk show Le Grand Journal. This exposure led her to be offered film roles and went on to make her debut in the French comedy film Asterix and Obelix: God Save Britannia in 2012.
The following year, she acted in the French films Mood Indigo and The Marchers. Further success as a movie star came in 2014 after being cast as Yves Saint Laurent’s muse Victoire Doutreleau in the French bio drama film Yves Saint Laurent. Taking her career into the next level, she appeared in her first English-language movie, The Hundred-Foot Journey also in 2014. She recently starred in the Hollywood film The Walk directed by Robert Zemeckis.
