Biography:
Christina Chang was born on 29 June 1971 in Taipei, Taiwan. When she was 17, she moved to the US to attend the University of Kansas. There, she studied film and theater. She transferred to the University of Washington where she competed her studies. In 1997, she made her television debut in Ghost Stories. In the 2000s, she had recurring roles in Deadline, Once and Again, and Girls Club.
In the movies, she first appeared in the 1998 film Brother Tied. She later became known for her role as Dr. Sunny Macer in 24. At the same time, she appeared in the film Live Free or Die Hard. She continued playing recurring characters in such shows as L.A. Dragnet, CSI: Miami, and Close to Home. In the 2010s, she played Dr. Vanessa Hoyt in Private Practice, Ashlee in Single Ladies, and Megan Vannoy in Nashville. Since 2017, Chang stars as Dr Audrey Lim in The Good Doctor.
