Biography:

Christina Hendricks was born on May 3, 1975 in Knoxville, Tennessee. She started acting in children’s musical theatre productions in Twin Falls. She became a model at the of age 18 and stopped when she was 27.

She appeared in various television series such as Beggars and Choosers, The Big Time, The Court, Kevin Hill, ER and Firefly. She achieved widespread prominence playing Joan Harris on the television series Mad Men.

She has earned four Emmy nominations for her work on Mad Men. In 2010, she was voted Best Looking American Woman by Esquire magazine.
