Biography:

Cristin Milioti was born on August 16, 1985 in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, U.S. She took acting classes at New York University where she gave remarkable performance in A History of Tears.

She then became known for her work in Broadway theatre, starring in That Face and Stunning, for which she received a Lucille Lortel Award nomination for Outstanding Lead Actress.

In 2012, she also received a Tony Award nomination for Best Actress in a Musical for her performance in Once. She will appear in the ninth season of the television series How I Met Your Mother as The Mother.
