Biography:

Daniel Zovatto was born on June 28, 1991 in San José, Costa Rica. His interest in acting began at an early age. In his later life, he moved to New York to pursue theater. During this period, he got cast in two short films in 2012. The following year, he made his feature film debut in Beneath. This was followed by a role in the movie Innocence. In 2014, he had roles in the films Laggies and It Follows.

That same year, he also had his first television role in an episode of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. At the same time, he played recurring role Gideon LeMarchal in the ABC series Revenge. He later played Jack in Fear the Walking Dead and Logan in The Deleted. Zovatto then played supporting roles in the films Don’t Breathe, Lady Bird, and Newness. In 2018, he starred in the HBO series Here and Now. He recently played Detective Tiago Vega in Penny Dreadful: City of Angels.
