David Koechner is an American actor and comedian. He debuted as a regular cast member of Saturday Night Live from 1995 to 1996. His first film role was in It’s Now… or NEVER! He next had roles in the films Dirty Work and Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me. After appearing in the movies Life Without Dick and My Boss’s Daughter, he became known for his role as Champ Kind in the comedy film Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy. He later had performances in the movies Unaccompanied Minors, Snakes on a Plane, and Get Smart, among others. He also played recurring character Todd Packer in the sitcom The Office. In the 2010s, Koechner starred in the films Final Destination 5, Scouts Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse, and CHiPs. He also reprised his role as Champ Kind in Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues. As of 2019, he stars as Beau Bowman in the ABC sitcom Bless This Mess.
