Biography:

Deepa Sannidhi was born on June 16, 1990 in Chikkamagaluru, Karnataka, India. She completed her studies from St. Aloysius College in Mangalore. Her acting career started after she was selected to play the lead role in the film Saarathi.

Her debut in the film proved to be successful as she gained substantial notice, winning the Suvarna Award for Best Female Debut and getting a Filmfare Award nomination for Best Kannada Actress.

She has since starred in other Kannada movies like Paramathma, Jaanu, Sakkare, and the upcoming films – Love Churumuri and Endendu Ninagagi. It was also recently announced that she was cast as the lead role in the upcoming Tamil film Lucia.
