Biography:
Deepika Padukone is an Indian film actress and producer. She was born on January 5, 1986, in Copenhagen, Denmark, and raised in Bangalore, India. She started her career in modeling and made her acting debut in the 2006 Kannada film “Aishwarya”.
She gained wider recognition for her role in the 2007 Bollywood film “Om Shanti Om”, for which she received the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut. She has since appeared in numerous successful Bollywood films, including “Cocktail”, “Chennai Express”, “Bajirao Mastani”, and “Padmaavat”.
Padukone is known for her versatility as an actress and has won several awards for her performances, including three Filmfare Awards. In addition to her acting career, she is also involved in several philanthropic endeavors, including supporting mental health awareness and promoting gender equality.
