Hollywood star Denise Richards had her acting beginnings during the 1990s. Initially, she had one-episode roles in such TV shows as Life Goes On, Doogie Howser, M.D., Beverly Hills, 90210, and Seinfeld, among others. The 48-year-old actress stays in shape by taking care of herself through healthy eating. In an interview, she got candid about her diet plan. “My diet is 80 percent vegetarian and I eat all day long. I have lots of little meals; it’s best for me. I found eating three big meals I felt too full and got tired especially after lunch,” said the actress. “I eat lots of fruit, veggies, egg whites, oatmeal, a little chicken, eggs, rice — that’s mostly my diet. I do splurge on ice cream and I love pretzels,” she continued. Moderation is also part of her dieting habits.
