Diane Neal was born on November 17, 1975 in Alexandria, Virgina, USA. She made her acting debut in the television series Fling in 2001. She followed this with another appearance in an episode of the TV show Loyalties the same year.

After guest starring in an episode of the third season of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, she was cast as District Attorney Casey Novak in the fifth season of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.

She also has recurring roles as Special Agent Kimberly Rice in White Collar, CGIS Special Agent Abigail Borin in NCIS and Allison Holt in Suits.
